I am looking for a solution for real estate listing offers website without payment features.

Which one should be ok?

Can I achieve this with core joomla features?

Yes, if it's just displaying real estate objects without a booking functionality, then you could use Joomla's articles.
In combination with Joomla's core functions Tags and Custom Fields, you could create structured pages.

The commercial YOOtheme template "Design Escapes" uses Joomla's Custom Fields to display structured accommodation pages:
