Login Issues with Joomla Backend on ARM-based Processor (Microsoft Surface)

Anyone experiencing this issue? Can't log in the Backend with ARM-based Processors on any browser. Any tips?

Do you get any error messages from the failed login? What about devices with other types of processors?
