Mensaje al entrar en mi pagina This is the Default Page

Un saludo amigos soy nuevo en joomla y nose que sucedio pero de un dia al otro, al entrar en mi sitio web http://www.cordtuch.org.ec me sale el error
"This is the Default Page"
con la leyenda
"If you are seeing this page, it means that the Domain has been successfully configured on the machine, but the files has not been uploaded yet.
Please contact the adminstrator for the login information."

y al intentar entrar al panel me sale
Not Found
The requested URL /cms/index.php was not found on this server.
Apache Server at http://www.cordtuch.org.ec Port 80

alguien me puede ayudar ya llevo varios dias con el sitio caido
