Tried to reinstall core files in 4.2.9: File Checksum Failed Topic is solved

Hi guys I tried to reinstall Joomla core files and then also get this message again

File Checksum Failed

I could not update Joomla 4.2.8 to Joomla 4.2.9 automatically before by the click button but had to update by downloading the file and the it work but this seems to be an issue anyhow.

Any tips why this happens?

Hi Toivo I have the same problem and what would be good is to s o l v e and understand why this happens.

Any good tips and understanding why Joomla make this statement and cant make the automatic update would be appreciated..

The issue was resolved by fixing an incorrect Joomla Temp folder path in System > Global Configuration > Server > Path to Temp Folder
