Live and local sites updated v4.3.4 --> v4.4.0 without issue.

Now to get my webhost to upgrade to MySQL 8.x

I upgraded a couple of demo sites and they were fine.....but I'm not doing any live sites as this has been posted:

You are safe to do live sites, because the Joomla Project REMOVED the update stream bug at approx 00:00 UTC this morning.

This also disables the "reinstall core files" feature in Joomla 4.4.0 to prevent the issue

Upgrade depletes MAX_JOIN_SIZE in the database.

It's set to 67000.
