Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
It's a kind of a good thing that nobody has anything to say about Joomla 3.6.3 - with the exception of some very small quirks here and there, I think that this release so far is very stable! Of course, only time will tell - but still, so far so good!

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
The reason for this is that a very dedicated CMS-Release Team was established which under the excellent guidance of Robert Deutz did extensive testing and issue resolving on the alpha/beta releases before signing off on this release. This is a new team, carefully selected on application and very dedicated to bring a stable version to the community
They did an awesome job!

Spoke too soon!
Is there a timeline for the TFA fix? Wondering whether to wait for release-fix or to do it manually myself.
Thanks all.

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
Hello,
After upgrading joomla 3.6.3 I can only see maximum 2 articles on my home page of the 4 selected articles.
I have also changed my template (made by aristeer) but I don't think this the cause.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
Switch to the default Protostar template. If this displays the correct number of articles then the issue is with your template.

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
Hi,
After updating several sites successfully, I'm suddenly getting "Could not resolve host: github.com".
A current issue, or...?
Many thanks,
Dave.

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
My only issue is that the sites that have the cache set to memcached stopped working with the message "cannot connect to memcached". Had to set it to "file" again.

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.6.3
Hi There,
I updated many site immediatly to V3.6.3.
The update workded great.
Later on I found that on all the site updated there is a issue when going to Extensions Module - New -Custom
After joomla shortly shows the expected screen, joomla switches to an almost blank screen.
It only shows a drop down menu in the upper left hand corner.
I've made a test with V3.6.2 which was working fine. And after updated the site I've seen the problem with this site too.
Because I have this with many sites, even on different servers I thought many other users will have the same problem.
Have anyone expierenced the same?
Does anyone have a solution?
Will it be solved with V3.6.4?
Best regards
Bernd

I cannot replicate that Per. All our own sites and the sites on our servers use MemcacheD and we face no issue on any of the sites.Per Yngve Berg wrote:My only issue is that the sites that have the cache set to memcached stopped working with the message "cannot connect to memcached". Be sure that there is no whitespace in configuration fields.Per Yngve Berg wrote:My only issue is that the sites that have the cache set to memcached stopped working with the message "cannot connect to memcached". Had to set it to "file" again.
What config details do you have for memcached? server?, port?
