I use Joomla 3.6.4 and it was updated and backed up yesterday 11-13-16. I went into RSFirewall and think I deleted my site's SQL and now can't access the backend control panel. I get 403 Access Forbidden. Can't even get into domain url on Firefox or Chromium. I read a similar post that had success but don't know who to contact:

"Finally, upon checking, the server administrator (who also has a superuser account for our joomla website) informed us that RS Firewall's configuration has disabled access to the Joomla installer."

I think this is what I did but need to know how to access control panel again?

So you have a backup of the site which means you should roll back to that backup (unless I misunderstand your post?)
