Thanks, @pe7er. The announcement covers the release of J! 4.0.0 RC3 and J! 3.10 alpha8.

As far as J! 3.10 alpha8 is concerned, this release contains no new code commits or is different in any other way to J! 3.10 alpha7 (see https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/di ... ent-940648).

I've updated my J! 4.0.0 RC2 test site; the update worked. I haven't begun testing it yet.
