hmm seems many rtc didnt make to this release. Any reason for this?

If anyone has issues with the redirect component like described here https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/36730 after having updated to 4.0.6 from any version, then use the fix from here https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/36733 .

A little word in 4.0.6 FAQ would be nice, as redirected page will cause error 500 , which is not very good in google ranking.

Disable the "Smart Search - Weblinks" plugin in the plugin manager. Does that help?
