You can publish the geshi plugin which lets you display code in content.

disable the wysiwyg editor from the glabal config and also try to check the filtering options in the glabal parameters of article manager

disabling the TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor is so bad because i want to put some formatting in my content!

is there any way to have both of theme?
I meant using a WYSIWYG Editor and putting some "tag" in my content!

I had horrible problems embedding videos in content articles after I upgraded to 1.5.8 and the filter fix did not work for me.

I found sourcerer, http://www.nonumber.nl/sourcerer and I am back in business. It is very easy to use and so far has been working flawlessly.
