it's really wonderful to be here in this community. i am a filipino but i am now in Ghana (Western Africa) used to live in QC. been using a "built from scratch" CMS in our sites since 2000 as part of an international network. i will try to pilot a subsite using OSM. this will really make a big difference in our budget. hoping to learn from you all.
