Module Manager: Modules can't Order Position

i found out in the Module Manager: Modules you can't modify the Ordering of the Module!
Or i could not found out how it works

First you must sort by ordering.
Than you can use the up and down arrows or the numbers.
Don't forget to save when finished.

How can i create own module position :
it's show dynamic module position. but i create my own position. example : position name : "myown".
Please advise me

Thanks it works - more or less!
The Problem both Modul had a 1 - so moving with the arrows have not done it but overwriting the number helped!

you have to define it in your designt and add it in css files, index.php and so one.
But it would have been better to add it in a other Forum to get help - her you are in the "Bug reporting"
