can not upload via control panel,why?

I got two messages are that"Unable to find install page "and "There was an error uploading this file to the server."

I installed this joomla through Godaddy hosting connection.

who know that how to fix it? Thanks

this error:
"Unable to find install page "
means the joomla can't find "configuration.php" file on your joomla root directory
so the Joomla think that you want install fresh joomla and it search for install directory and this directory doesn't exist or renamed .
so
if this error shown on your new joomla i think that best way is remove all files and database and install fresh joomla
but if you have data on this joomla rename "configuration.php-dist" to "configuration.php" and and edit this file by filling your DB,Ftp,... setting
