Hi,
There is no farsi calendar for joomla right now, but we're working on it and it will be published very soon.

Hello everyone
I was reading this thread and was wondering if a persian calendar for Joomla was ever created? I would need one for my website.

Re: persian calender?
hello joomlalearn! Thank you for the reply
I checked, it is nice! I was getting discouraged about that lol. One question, can I install it in Joomla like other modules or do I have to put it in a wrapper (or other way)?
Thank you again!

Re: persian calender?
hey man,
you can put in a wrapper or directly embed in your template.
by the way I try to convert it to the module so everyone can use it.
cheers

Re: persian calender?
Hello,
One of our YooRecipe users asked us to bring evolutions to our Recipe Management component.
She would like our component to support Jalali calendar. According to her, Joomla natively supports this calendar.
We have a hard time trying to satisfy her wish. How to programmatically call the calendar? How can SQL dates be formatted the right way?
Last question, but not least: is it possible to achieve without having to install a PHP library?
Thank you for your suggestions.
Regards,
Sylvain.
