Hello, ngayon lang ako gagamit ng Joomla. Gumawa ako ng login form gamit yung built-in login ng Joomla 1.7 kaso ayokong makita sa frontend URL yung ganito:

http://www.domain.com/index.php/using-j ... ation-form

ang gusto ko lang makita sa frontend ay ganito:

http://www.domain.com/index.php/registration-form

papano kaya ginagawa to?

windows or *nix ang webserver gamit nyo?

then modify using htaccess, or the easiest part, modify it using an sef extension like joomsef or sh404sef

@guilliam di pa, sinubukan kong gawin pero nag open sya as notepad. subukan ko pang hanapin yung extensions na sinabi nya, baka mas ok gamitin yun. thank you

yung htaccess.text rename mo nang .htaccess using your FTP client.

mod rewrite kasi tawag dyan sa pag rewrite ng core joomla url into SEF(search engine friendly) or human readable urls.

Yes, rename the htaccess.txt to .htaccess just like what guilliam said. Pero make sure your hosting supports htaccess or else you'll end up with unreadable/non functional site.

After that, punta ka sa configuration ng joomla and enable SEF.

i have a feeling his host supports it since its on linux just as primary asked :)
