Joomla 2.5.4 module manager

HI
I have joomla 2.5.4 installed on a windows 7 virtual box running php 5.3.10 on iis7 and when i try to access the module manager in joomla it won't load?

Please run the Forum Post Assistant to provide the information to help us resolve the issue.

Have you installed all the necessary extensions and modules for PHP and MySQL to run correctly on IIS7?
Is the server configured to function together properly?
These are prerequisites for Joomla to be installed effectively!

What errors are you receiving onscreen?
What errors if any are appearing in the PHP or IIS error logs?
What errors are appearing in the Joomla logs?

What changes have you made to the Joomla installation?
What extensions have you added?
What templates are you using? Front and back end.
Have you run the update program at all?
What changes have you made to the ACL groups or permissions?
Are there any other areas that you cannot access?
What have you tried to rectify the issue?
