Show information on click

Hi guys,

I would like to know if it is possible to show some information when you click on something in the image.

The thing is I have a map and I would like to show a name and email of a person in that zone, is that possible?

It should be something like this:

You could review the extension HTML Map Manager 2 (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... sign/17880).

Of course, this is a commercial extension.
