errr... basically semua hosting support joomla/mambo. Tak kira lah linux/freebsd or windows based environment. Tapi tengok jugak tahap kemahiran saudara. Kalau betul2 newbie, kena carik hosting yg ada cpanel. Tapi kalau takda cpanel pun takpa... installation joomla ni agak mudah...

kalau ada masalah sila2 lah ringan tangan menaip soalan kat forum ni....

Ko online guna ISP apa? Some IPs memang ada dlm blacklist database.

Ala...biasa la tu..
Sesetengah server yang kat US ada blacklist database..
Ok,camni biasanya kalo ko guna dial-up ataupun broadband connection yang basic,maksudnya xder fixed IP number..No ip tu automatic generated oleh server ISP,so biasa la..
Nak dimudahkan cerite,untuk solve problem ni ialah ko cuba disconnect balik connection internet then connect balik dalam masa 1 jam lepas tu,nanti ko dapat no IP yang lain..so xder la kluar lagi message error tu..

Well tak jugak... sebab 60.48.72.xxx dah dlm blacklist. Even kalo ko redial semula after one hour, hanya the last segment of the IP yg bertukar. The first 3 segment masih sama. Blacklist dabatase selalunya banned the entire block of an IP.

memang murah,tapi ok la dengan space yang dia kasi...

Itu pun cuba 2 -3 kali baru boleh berjaya. Kena daftar jadi member kat forum http://www.cybertoad.net/forum  baru boleh daftar free housting. Tapi sebelum daftar kena baca syaratnya betul2,

Better gune M'sia-based server IF your end users are supposed to be originating from this region.
.. faster pings
.. you can store mp3 (or any copyrighted materials) safely coz Malaysia still doesnt implement the required laws to prevent you to do so.
.. easy to pay (RM is the prime currency)
.. mostly cheap and paid on yearly basis (most US servers are on monthly)

Cuba try ni , mungkin membantu

Nak bypass firewall filter waktu surfing.

Kekadang hangpa surf , tup tup ada satu website admin hangpa block. Tak pun mungkin ISP block.

Tak pun hangpa nak surf secara anonymous tanpa meninggal jejak di website tu. Boleh try kat script utility yang aku baru tambah kat website aku.


Anyhow , sila guna dgn bijak . Dan jangan le melampau sangat , bukan apa takut website aku lak admin hangpa block.

P/s tak perlu pertukaran proxy di browser anda.

Anyhow , downloading illegal thing is Illegal , no doubt. But using proxy for ur connection is not illegal unless u have certain agreement with ur ISP. Like the online utility that I have provided as below

My website as ur proxy for surfing. U cannot do more. U might not able to use it to dl torrent.
