PM or Shoutbox that works in Joomla admin?

Has anyone found an instant messaging extension that will work in the backend admin area?  I have been looking at the various extensions available but have not seen any mention of any working in the admin area.  After installing a couple of them only to be disappointed I thought it would be more efficient to ask here.

When there are more than one administrator of a site it is often necessary to chat live with other admins or the client/owner.  I often enough find myself logging into a site from a computer not my own so the messaging system I use is not conveniently available.  Logging in from a computer network where common PM apps are blocked is also a source of problems.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for this as well... Very few admin tools out there.
