Template name? Will it work with 2.5?

Hi There,

I have to upgrade a client site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5
I have done the preliminary back-up of site files and database
I am unable to identify the template theme and their website where I can see if this template will stand the migration to joomla 2.5.

Does any of you know this theme?

Is it really necessary to buy JUpgrade?

yes, that is if I can find out the name and the version 2.5 of the client site template ..

Check the template's folder for any identification, possibly a readme file or copyright file. I found several hits for "grunge Joomla template" but none for grungyhome. Could be a custom template created or bought by a previous owner/user.
