Can not login to admin

I can not login to my site admin area, although I tried all the steps given in the following tutorial https://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_reco ... assword%3F

Any clue how to handle this issue? Can anyone please guide me on this issue?

when you try to login do you have error message or no error message?

It did give an error message as well just saying that the the id and password did not match with each other. But then later, my hosting company helped me solve this issue.

Was it a problem on your end or theirs?
