maybe someone can leave some info there or redirect it?

my point is, that there is an official joomla site online,
where you can download highly unsecure joomla-versions
and no information/warning/comment whatsoever is given THERE!

The most secure joomla version is every time the latest version that s why we must update every time when there is a new version releases. The same things exist and for third party extensions. Now about info you can check https://www.joomla.org/announcements.html

My intention is to help the Joomla project by discussing the content of this website:
