Joomla! World Conference 2017

The Joomla! World Conference (JWC) is an annual user conference aimed at users of the award winning Joomla! content management system.

Now in its sixth year, JWC is to be held in Europe for the first time and will bring together a community of likeminded Joomlers in Rome. A mix of keynotes, presentations, workshops and sessions will spread over three days in both English and Italian with simultaneous translation ensuring that the broadest content is accessible to all.

Location: Rome, Italy
Date: Friday 17th to Sunday 19th November 2017.

Where is the next Joomla World Conference of 2018 be held ? I tried to search around but failed to get any information on it? anyone has any insights when that information will be available?

I think its not going to be a JWC next year and only focus on local events

There won't be a JWC in 2018. As darb mentioned, the focus will be on local events instead.
