Delay in showing saved changes [solved]

Hi everyone,

My Joomla has been working flawlessly for couple of years until few days ago. All of a sudden with no changes to the backed web server, with no changes to any Joomla configurations i started having something like a laggy cachy performance of the entire joomla. Will be so hard to explain so that's why i recorded a video showing exactly what i mean. I make a change to something, article or menu item or anything really and when i click to Save it, it reverts back to as if I didn't make the change. In reality in 30 secs or so it will be reflected. What i tried so far:

Looked for joomla cache - i don't have any it's not turned on
Logged a call with the hosting company to ask them if they have issues their end - no. They even turned off memcached and nothing changed. They suggested me changing the browser or clear cache on the browser - No change

CachePlatformPrefix: 1

In Global config >>> System (tab) ... cache handling set 'Platform Specific Caching' to No.

I've set it to No. Still the same

I've read about issues in 3.7 with caching but i am way further in 3.8 and these shouldn't be happening. To be honest it's such a weird issue that i am not sure how to structure my search. That's why i relied on recording it to show you guys what happens. It's really annoying issue, i actually can't login to my admin panel properly now because of Akeeba's admin protection and the caching issue. I eventually log in but i go through loads of "The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

Hey, i got this resolved. Turned out to be a problem at my hosting provider. They recently had a system update and the domain caching was turned on. They switched it off and the problem is completely gone! Thanks for your feedback
