Remote Team for my Joomla Project

I need remote Joomla developers to develop my own project. I consider the option of hiring offshore specialists, but I doubt the choice of the country. Maybe someone has encountered and can give feedback, or knows companies with which already have a positive experience or even constant cooperation. Thanks.

Are you saying that you want to start a development project with a Joomla version that went EOL in December 2014?

there ere many skilled developers with good feedback so you can post work offers and choose between them.
