Can't access Admin Panel 403 Topic is solved

Hey guys,

i changed require https for Admins in the general configurations, without any knowledge about what steps i should have taken beforehand. Upon saving i was faced with a 403 Access forbidden page, when i then tried to access the Admin panel i couldnt because of too many redirects. I changed some stuff and now i consistently get a 403 error. The login seems to work on the frontent.
What i have tried to fix it:
loging in and out
removing/renaming .htaccess and adding some fixes found in this forum
clearing the Cache (both of administrators and the mainsite)
changing ssl settings in configuration.php to "$force_SSL='0'"
Checking the permissions (which are 644 for files like the configuration and .htaccess and 755 for everything else)

would there be a way to simply reinstall the site without much of a hassle or losing any data?

No, the issue still persists. I just posted the FPA information twice.

Solved, i just tried turning on and off force_ssl in the config.php several times and it somehow magically worked.

You have to correct the folders with 777 permission. Should be 755.
