Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.8.13
In Joomla 3.8.12 the core installation scripts were distributing then deleting these files:
/media/mod_languages/images/si_lk.gif
/media/jui/img/ajax-loader.gif
/libraries/fof/LICENSE.txt
/administrator/templates/hathor/html/com_languages/installed/default_ftp.php
and also changing the content of /language/index.html
It was reported (by PhilETaylor, not me) on this post at github https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/22219 but although the language/index.html file is now correct, the other files are still missing.

See https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Updating_t ... -superuser and follow the instructions. See if that helps

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.8.13
I haven't (yet) updated any of my websites to J! 3.8.13. I don't foresee any problem, however, there will be problems for those people who attempt to update if they do not use superuser accounts to do so. There are a couple of interesting articles in the Joomla documentation site that are worth reading:

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.8.13
Updated from Joomla! 3.8.12 without a problem. But now I noticed that .htaccess 301 redirects from www. to non www redirects to the homepage - not to the article.
What could be the reason?

Re: Discuss Joomla! 3.8.13
I solved the problem. It was related to CDN, solved it by adding a page rule.
