Just now a new swedish language file for Joomla 3.9.1 came. After installing it all was normal again. It works now as expected.

Bit late to the tea-party here; just here to say that I updated on day of release and all seems really good.

Best release yet - thank you to everyone who contributed 8)

I am working with an android app and I learned that Arabic and Hebrew reads from Right to Left. In HTML code you can get this with rtl. I guess something like that was the error in my Swedish language files.

@Slackervaara
This rtl mistake was corrected in last Swedish language pack.
It was also corrected for a new Joomla installation but that will only show in 3.9.2
