Administration panel access to a Publisher Topic is solved

I need to give access to Publisher, the administrator section, but with limited permissions.
How can I do it?
I created a user under Publisher, but he cannot access the administrator section.

1. Under Users > Viewing Access Levels you'll need to open Level "Special" and add the "Publisher" group to it.

2. Under Global Configuration > Permissions > "Publisher" Group, set Admin Login to Allowed.

3. You'll need to give the Publisher group access to some components too:
Under Global Configuration > Component (select a component on the left) > Permissions > "Publisher" Group,
set Access Administration Interface to Allowed.
