Problemas con plantilla

Hola muchachos
les cuento que estoy usando una plantilla helix3 de joomshaper , subida por cpanel e instalada
ahora estoy en proceso de conocerla e ir reemplazando, cambiando y modificado en mi proyecto

el problema es que quiero modificar la parte superior de página inicial en donde salen las redes sociales y los números de teléfono, pero no encuentro cómo hacerlo.

la página tendría solo fines educativos

Debes agregar un modulo custom html.

Échale un vistazo a la documentación, ahí esta todo.

Tendría que editar el index.php de la plantilla.
Asegúrese que ese archivo tenga algo más que unas 3 líneas de código. Algunos desarrolladores no dejan la estructura en el index.php sino en una carpeta de la plantilla complicando la edición de la misma.

Hola,

Puedes editar los iconos de redes sociales y la información de contacto en las opciones de la plantilla.

La documentación de Helix 3 está un poco escondida ya:

Una vez allí selecciona Helix 3 en la parte superior de la columna izquierda. Navega en el menú a Basic settings > Social icons.

Justo debajo de esto también está la documentación para cambiar los datos de contacto.

Muchas gracias por info, al final no pude, asi que cambie plantilla; ahora estoy intentando con JSN Solid 2
estoy explorandola, cambie el favicon, sin embargo en el texto no se como editarlo, o sea me cambio en icono de favicon pero sigue con texto que quiero cambiarlo y no encuentro cómo, gracias nuevamente por ayuda

solucionado, en menu , propiedades, solo habia que cambiar texto era mas fácil de pensado.

Puedes cambiar el nombre desde el backend de Joomla, en el menú de sitio => configuración global => sitio => Nombre del sitio web gracias a Jhon M.

En la platilla que estoy empleando , en la parte superior DERECHA aparece correo y número de fono, no encuentro como cambiarlo;su código es el siguiente

Acaso dicho archivo solo tiene dos o tres líneas?

Tengo una idea. ya miró en las opciones de plantilla Extensions / Templates / Templates y en la actual pedir el Preview? Si no lo tiene habilitado, activarlo. Revise y saldrán marcadas las posiciones. Si aparece marca alrededor es que está ocupada en una posición. En ese caso revise el administrador de módulos y apague el módulo en cuestión.

En el preview no aparece la posibilidad de modificar. y revisé los módulos y no aparece por ningún lado

Definitivamente es un problema con las plantillas hechas con ese tipo de frameworks!

Hay algun archivo defines.php en la carpeta includes?

Este no me apunta a nada diferente del index.php.
Lo único que tendria sentido es que haya algo que diga application dentro de la carpeta de la plantilla.

En la plantilla tiene las siguientes carpetas
assets,blackups,css,html,images,install,js,languaje,layouts,module-styles,niches,scss,structrure,styles, u otros 10 archivos fuera de carpetas

Yo no trabajo con plantilla framework, me llevaría mucho tiempo meterme a entender como funciona, pero tiene pinta que lo quieres cambiar es parametros o configuración de la plantilla. Lo siento.

Todo lo que necesitas modificar esta en la plantilla, template-option, en la parte de configuraciones basicas, si no vez los cambios tal vez necesitas borrar la memoria cache, y refrescar tu navegador
