www.joomla.org is not accessible.

We are from Qualys trying to reach www.joomla.org which is resolving IP address 72.29.124.146 from 103.216.98.78 but the communication is not happening. However access from 103.216.98.73 to www.joomla.org is working. Can you please look into it.

Can you please troubleshoot the issue from your end. Try the following operations from the command line of a workstation connecting from the IP address 103.216.98.78:

ipconfig /flushdns
ping www.joomla.org
tracert www.joomla.org

If the results are inconclusive, run the same commands from a workstation connecting from the IP address 103.216.98.73 and compare.
