It contains "tmpl=component", so it will only show the content area without modules. It's probably for printing. The page will be rendered using the component.php file.

Have you renamed robots.txt.dist to robots.txt?

It have a deny for /components/ so the links will not be indexed be indexed by search engines.

Hi, I allready had a robots.txt but without the /components/, I have included but the problem is that I have a lot of URLs indexed with this structure. Do you guess How I should do?

Ask Google to re-index your site and the links will go away.
