Sensitive information shows in Google search results?

People notified me that there is personal information can be found on Google. This information is in articles accessible to registered users only. Yet, somehow it is also in the search results. Why? And more important: how can I avoid this from happening? :eek:

Have you set the access level to Registered on the menu item, category and article?

In the Options of User Manager, is the Guest User Group set to Guest? If this is set to Registered, all users that are not logged in will be Registered.

The menu item and the article had the Registered access level, but the category was Public. Could that have been the culprit?

The Guest User Group is definitely set to Guest.

Good suggestion; EKS is the generator of the sitemap I submitted to Google. However, I checked it and none of the articles with sensitive information is displayed on the site map.

What would be my next step?

It depends on where you located. When you search any types of keywords locally google bot pick those services which is near to you and show the search result. This is how it works.
