admin access for administrator denied Topic is solved

One of the users, with status 'administrator', cannot log in.
If I give him status of 'super user' login works, but with status 'administrator' it throws:
Warning
You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site.

I have had some trouble with the assets table but I believe all now fixed.
Administrator is shown as 7 in usergroups table
assets for cem_admin has rules = {}

Any ideas, please?

Go to Global Configuration, select the Permissions tab, click Administrator and check the column Calculated Setting.

Are the following actions allowed:

• Administrator Login
• Access Administration Interface

OK, done that -
Administrator - Administrator Login - was 'inherited' - changed to 'allowed'
- Access Administration Interface - was already 'allowed'
Manager - Administrator Login - is set to allowed, so the 'inherited' above should have worked?

but still, login as 'Administrator' produces:
Warning
You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site.

This was, in fact, also an asset table problem - PWT's acl manager repaired the asset table which solved the problem.
