I am trying to SEO of website for which i am looking to install all basic and free extensions
a) I install JCH optimize to optimize css files,
b) Not sure what is the best and free extension to use to optimize images, please recommend
c) please recommend other free extensions that needed to be used for seo
already install site map .

You can use some free SEO extension as per Browser recommendations. Or search list of top 10 free SEO extension for (mention browser name) and you'll get the list, choose them wisely.

Or you may use NO extension because Joomla is Clean and SEO ready. Prepare your content (text and images) from your PC, and use Joomla CMS to publish them in an optimised way.
