Not receiving ALL emails from RSForm Pro

Hello all,

I have been having issues with my contact form email notifications from RSForm pro on my website. I do not receive all email notifications (I now get 2/3 emails, but would like to be able to get all 3/3).

I noticed a problem 7 months ago and thought I made adjustments to correct the problem, but then I got an angry Live Chatter telling me they had been sending contact form responses for the past month, but I hadn't seen any. I looked on the back end in the submission area, and sure enough, there were 3 missed contact forms from this guy.

1. I can see that submissions have been made via the back end.
2. I was using PHP mail and switched to SMTP (which I think is the thing that made it so I at least get some emails)
3. Joomla!'s test email, new user, forgot password email functions all work 100% of the time
4. I changed all of the wording of my contact forms' subject lines to "not appear spammy"
5. I have reached out to RSForm pro! support and they said if the To and From emails were set up correctly, and Joomla!'s sendmail() function was working properly, then it is a hosting server issue.
6. I reached out to my hosting provider (GoDaddy) and they did a trace on the sent emails (as far as they could because I use a third-party relay, Gmail) Godaddy told me the emails were being delivered, but I still wasn't seeing them in my inbox.
7. Godaddy's suggestion was to contact Google (not sure how that will work) and/or to reach out to Joomla forum for advice.

Thus, here I am. Any suggestions?

Have you checked your SPAM box?

If the notifications ended up in your spam box:
Did you add the SMTP server to the SPF records of the DNS of your domain name?
Sender Policy Framework is used https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework

The SMTP server has another IP address as your website / domain name,
so you need "to authorize" that the SMTP server can send on your behalf,
which you can do by adding the IP address to the SPF record of the DNS for your domain name.

I added an SPF record to my DNS and have been observing the results for about a week now. I added a TXT record Admin v=spf1 a mx ptr include:secureserver.net -all

I was never having the emails sent to the SPAM/Junk folder, I was just out right not receiving the emails.

After adding the SPF record, and adding a non-domain email to receive a copy of the email, my results are:

Receiving has improved A LOT, it still isn't perfect though. I'll see that an email notification was sent to the non-domain related email address, but not sent to the domain email address. I am still searching for a reason as to why that might be, but I am content with what I have thus far.
