Joomzilla template

Post by Dirk62 » Wed Feb 12, 2020 10:57 am

Hi all,

Joomla! 3.9.15
Template joomzilla, Frankfurt Executive - Menswear, Formal, Luxury (Paid)

I am not new to joomla, lost even count on how many sites i builded using joomla.
From the above template i have read the user manual. Clean install of joomla/database/template brings no joy. Protostar template does work.
Tryed the quickstart install after deleting the previous joomla install and database, no joy, i couldn't even login on the admin page.
3 x i tryed a clean install and deleted the database each time.
I contacted joomzilla by mail and social media, no response.
I also tryed to register on bestoffjoomla but did not get an activation email, contacted bestoffjoomla by mail but also no response
So the paid template is not working at all. Even after creating new joomla installation with new database.
Any ideas?
Regards
Dirk

Sorry to sound a bit obvious but I would ditch the unsupported paid template and find a better (supported) one.

I have indeed no other joice, which i already did, after some research (using simply Paypal info on the invoice) i found they are located in Ireland also under the domain aztecdesign.ie, on google this company comes out on "permantly closed". But they'r websites are still up and running.
So is there any monitoring of who is selling joomla related extensions? It seems like there are some frauds out there, not all of the joomla/extension developers display they'r company's data io, VAT id, adress, phone, which is mandatory according to some laws.
So don't buy from aztecdesign.ie or joomzilla.com.
Grtz
Dirk
