My newest pages are not getting crawled or indexed by Google

I have never knowingly had an issue with Google not indexing my site, but my recent last two articles have not been indexed. I have had a dig but I just can't find a reason for why this is happening now. The content is original.

Be patient. Google (and other search engines) will index websites at a time or frequency that Google will use. If you want to submit a URL for indexing in Google, learn how to use the Google Search Console. Similar facilities exist for other search engines.

Not a J! issue. Besides, I found the same first of the pages that you "reported" through Google, anyway.

regarding number 1, robots.txt file shouldn't affect your indexing unless you made a specific rule that asks the robots (crawlers) not to index.
