More information please.....? not sure what you mean by
....materials by line?
Create tags in the Tags component.

Add the tag to your article(s), open the article for edit, on the right hand side, you will see a field for adding the tags.

The tags appear under the article.

Output labels horizontally, not vertically.

I don't know, I can't tell much from a screenshot but can you please provide a link to your site, showing the problem?

It could be your template - but I can't tell from just your example screenshot. Please test with the Protostar template (or another included alternative - Beez etc).

Further extensive testing - try a clean, vanilla install of Joomla, add some test data, add some tags; do you get the same issue as in your own site?

In Protostar template, tags are shown in line. Site on local hosting.

Therefore it's not a "bug" in J!

It's a problem with your site template. You have four choices:

(1) Use Protostar;
(2) Ask the author of the template to fix this;
(3) Use a different template; or
(4) Host the website online (on the internet), provide us with a link to it and we'll see what we can do.

Protostar template is not.
I wrote to the template author to fix it.
I think the css needs to be changed(bootstrap-default-min.css-I don't know how to show this file.).

Nice to know.

Just to complement, the recommended name for this file is user.css not custom.css, see more info and discussion here:
