Changing the date format in changing the language in joomla
When changing the language of joomla (3.9.24) when displaying a blog on the screen, the date format changes from Jan 18, 2021 to ПнPMMSKE_января+0300RянвPMMSK_MSK+03:0001. How to fix it?

The date format is in the language files
What language pack have you installed?

Re: Changing the date format in changing the language in joomla
Are you using the default Joomla core blog template or is it an override in your template?
The format for the date for blog item in frontend is `DATE_FORMAT_LC3`
for Russian pack
`DATE_FORMAT_LC3="d F Y"`
```
; Months
JANUARY_SHORT="янв"
JANUARY="января"
FEBRUARY_SHORT="фев"
FEBRUARY="февраля"
MARCH_SHORT="март"
MARCH="марта"
APRIL_SHORT="апр"
APRIL="апреля"
MAY_SHORT="мая"
MAY="мая"
JUNE_SHORT="июнь"
JUNE="июня"
JULY_SHORT="июль"
JULY="июля"
AUGUST_SHORT="авг"
AUGUST="августа"
SEPTEMBER_SHORT="сен"
SEPTEMBER="сентября"
OCTOBER_SHORT="окт"
OCTOBER="октября"
NOVEMBER_SHORT="нояб"
NOVEMBER="ноября"
DECEMBER_SHORT="дек"
DECEMBER="декабря"
;Days of the Week
SAT="Сб"
SATURDAY="Суббота"
SUN="Вс"
SUNDAY="Воскресенье"
MON="Пн"
MONDAY="Понедельник"
TUE="Вт"
TUESDAY="Вторник"
WED="Ср"
WEDNESDAY="Среда"
THU="Чт"
THURSDAY="Четверг"
FRI="Пт"
FRIDAY="Пятница"
```
Therefore the result you get is pretty weird... `MSK` is Moscow Time and should not display at all...
Please post a screenshot of the page concerned.

Please write in English in the English forums.
Switch to Protostar as site template to check the results as we can't deal with 3rd party templates.

I repeat:
Please check what happens by using Protostar as your default site template to see if the template is at stake.
