flex multi-purpose template menu category list error

hi,

beginner level.

No problem to compare with Joomla legacy templates Beez3 & protostar to display a list of articles. but i can't figure out why flex multi-purpose template gives errors when i select as menu item type "category list"
I always get "error 0, the page doesn't exist".
While Beez3 & protostar nicely show a list of articles with selected category.

joomla 3.9.28 new installation
flex current available version / template only

Any solutions or suggestions where i have to look?

Hi. I think you need to refer to the developer.

My thoughts: Flex has an impressive appearance.Thanks to this, success on Envato. But the appearance does not mean that under the hood. This template uses outdated Helix 3 (Bootstrap 3).
In my work, I constantly come across this template. Because of the bugs in this template, lately I have transferred many websites of my clients from Flex to Helix Ultimate.

If you want to use the most modern template based on Helix framework, you better look at the site of the real developer (Joomshaper)

hmm, i might have a look at hilux ultimate to have an idea.

It is difficult to say without access to the admin. Perhaps somewhere there is your user error.
