Iframe not working in Joomla v5.1.0 but ok in 4.4.4
I Am having issues in Joomla version 5.1.0 showing the iframe up with me using Gantry 5 not at all sure why as I have the same setting as I do in Joomla 4.4.4 and that is working fine and not giving me an error message saying about Jave not working in my browser.
I have checked this and Java is enabled. But I keep getting this showing up!
An error occurred.
Try watching this video on www.[youtube].com, or enable JavaScript if it is disabled in your browser.

I have removed the iframe from the system/plugins Editor - TinyMCE
from the Prohibited Elements section.

Not sure if it could be a different setting affecting it as it is fine in the Joomla 4.4.4 version, I'm also not testing on a host site yet with it I'm on Wamp version 3.3.5
I see a lot of issues with this long Bug that seem to not be fixed. My old site running on a host is over 8 years running and that had the same issues back then.
Hope someone has a little more insight into this problem to see if I can run or use version 5.1,0 or not. There is another issue, but I will do another post for that as it is the text background being white on white in the admin reading section!
sorry if this as been posted before!

Thank you for this I have downloaded it installed it and still the same! I have a feeling it might be better to just re-install Joomla 5.1.0Per Yngve Berg wrote: ↑Sat May 18, 2024 10:51 pm I got it working with the AllVideos Plugin

No, I did not do this! Sorry did not know I just made sure it was enabled and put the iframe in it as I have done for 10 years :-)Per Yngve Berg wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 7:50 pm You did remove the square brackets? They were added by the forum.
I also just did a fresh install and it's still the same without using the allvideos so it's not an installation missing files error with it.
I will give it another go then I will carry on with version 4.4.4 as no issues at all with that version! Thanks!
Am I just adding the link from [youtube] and not the embed part?

Refer to viewtopic.php?f=834&t=1006302 another question about the same issue (Iframe in J5 not working). That may contain additional tips.
