Pre-Update Check for Joomla ‎4.4.4 - update database structure

Trying to update from 4.4.3 to 4.4.4 but Database Table Structure Up to Date shows No and recommends I
Go to 'System - Maintenance - Database' and use the 'Update Structure' button. When I go to update the database structure I get the message that the database is up to date. What is causing this, I have errors on maximum and I only see this error

eprecated: version_compare(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($version1) of type string is deprecated in /home/customer/www/anneg32.sg-host.com/public_html/administrator/components/com_joomlaupdate/src/Model/UpdateModel.php on line 1367

I found the answer in the article below and it worked, apparently it is a known issue in joomla 4 and I am late in updating to 4.4.4 and just learned about the issue https://docs.joomla.org/J4.x:Fix_%22Dat ... ore_Update
