Advertising blocks Adsense lowers the indicators Core Web Vitals

HI

I noticed that if you remove all advertising blocks Adsense from the site, the pages from the site get green indicators (PC and mobile versions) in the download speed test service (Page Speed insight). With ads, mobile page rates drop very sharply.

Maybe someone knows if there is any possibility to leave adsense blocks on the site and get high indicators Core Web Vitals?

Loading content from other servers has a negative impact on the performance of your site.
The exception to that might be loading static content from Content Delivery Network (CDN) servers.
However, with adsense your site loads advertisements dynamically, and you cannot serve that via a CDN.
