标题不能显示中文字

大家好。
我的 joomla 版本是 Joomla[1.0.10][Stable][Multilanguage]。
安装时，点选了“英文”、“简体中文”和“繁体中文”。
安装后，输入简体中文时，内文的中文字成功显现。
但是标题的中文字却出现乱码，如下图：

请问有哪位高手能够帮我解决这个问题？

这是模板问题，在模板的 template_css.css 文件中，寻找有关标题样式的设置，模板一定规定了字体以及编码。因此导致中文无法用该字体及编码显示而变成乱码。

如果你换成默认模板，应该就没问题了。可以测试一下看看我说的是否正确。

修改语言文件里的 _ISO 的值为 UTF-8

请问_ISO在哪里改啊？我装了中文语言包，后台编辑时根本没办法输入中文（繁体）。

很明显模板编码问题。
只是编辑器无法输入中文比较诡异
