RC1 submit news and links

RC1 submit news and links

When user log in, there are submit news and links menu items displayed, but I couldn't find them on RC!

You can create this menu items in the back-end:

- New Menu Item -> Articles -> Article Submission Layout
- New Menu Item -> Web Links-> Web Link Submission Layout

Perhaps these menu items could be included in the sample data too.
