So I upgraded to the newest versions of Joomla and SMF about two days ago. Everything seemed OK, but it was odd, no one could login and I was logged in, but couldn't log out.
So I just now attempted an update of the bridge, and have ended up with a mess!
I uninstalled the SMF components and installed the new ones, and I tried uninstalling all teh SMF components just to get it to a working (if standalone) state, but I can't even get it back to working!
It seems to be complaining of a missing config.smf.php (I do have the component installed now). I checked were it is looking
administrator/components/com_smf/config.smf.php
and it is indeed missing. But I have no idea why.
