I am addressing EU users. How did you resolve the Analytics/GDPR issue?

Use Matomo or Umami analytics.
Site must be on server that is located in EU.
Every EU country has different regulations. For example Germany allows Google analytics but Austria doesn't.

Google Fonts load locally. Download from Google then upload to your server and include font in template.
