Use the File Manager in the control panel provided by your host. Write enable the file configuration.php and then edit it. Check the variable $live_site and make sure its value is an empty string, just two single quotes:

Code: Select all

	public $live_site = '';

How did you install Joomla originally? Did you download the Joomla 5.1.1 installation package from https://downloads.joomla.org as recommended or did you use some other installation option, perhaps provided by your host or a template developer?

The reason for the above question is the fact that the variable $live_site created by the recommended installation package is always empty.
