HTMl sidebar rights

does anyone know where the html is for the sidebar on the right, to make some adjustments.
Css file: V6-marble.css i cannot find it.

You should make adjustments in your custom CSS file, not in any other CSS file.

Depends on the template as @gws asked - Cassiopeia uses "user.css". Other templates may use that file name or a variation thereof such as "custom.css".
